Transfer the metal ball held on a ring from one station pole to another station pole. Each participant will hold a string tied to the ring to balance the ball and proper coordination and skill is required to ensure the metal ball does not fall out of the ring. Strategy, patience and good team work is vital in this game and strong communication skills and listening skills are also required. Game can be further advanced by holding the string using the waist, the neck or even doing it blind-folded under the guidance of an associate.

Centipede Races

Coordination and communication among the team is the important value in this team building activity. To be able to make the team move as single unit is the way to win this game. The participants are put in a line and an elastic string is used to tie their legs together. In unity they will start from the starting point and make their way around the turning end and back to the starting point. The first group to return to the starting line without falling down will win the game.

Big Foot

A team work will make any heavy chores easy. A body and mind coordination will bring this heavy giant shoes to the finishing line one step at a time. A great way to break the ice and inculcate team work and at the same time to compete with another team to win the race. Fun but tough, this is a popular game among corporate teams who are looking for some outdoor competition.

Spider Web

Participants will be required to pass through a spider web without touching the line within a given time . This activity requires strategic thinking as each hole of the web can only be used once to get someone from one side to the other. And anyone who touches the line will be required to start all over again. A physical and metal challenge that requires a sound planning process, extensive communication skills and a strong sense of time management. Also to train one to work within a constraint.

All Aboard

The team will be required to move and group together on a platform and move to the next platform without falling off and the feet touching the ground. Sounds easy? The only problem is that the platforms gets smaller each time. Requiring not just group communication, cooperation and strategy, it also challenges one who is not comfortable to be in close proximity to others. A great ice breaker too.

Tidal Wave

Each team is supplied with a fixed number of water balloons to pass over their head to the person behind without dropping them until it reaches the last person. The team with the most number of balloons of water in the bucket at the end of the queue wins.

Waiter Race

The tray is placed with various objects such as glasses and bottles, and must be held with only one hand. The first waiter to cross the last line with the tray and all its content is declared the winner.

Potato Bag Race

Potato Sack Race is one of the fun outdoor games for all age groups with simple rules. This game can be enjoyed by all ages and gender groups. It promotes competitiveness and builds team work. It also requires speed, physical strength, and flexibility. In the late Nineteenth (19th) century, Potato Sack Race was considered a serious sports rather than fun game for kids. In 1904, Potato Sack Race was part of Olympic Games even though it had been dropped shortly after.
